All in all, the map turned out well, giving players a new perspective on Among Us' most popular level.Īs for other community projects, fans have already contributed some great content to display their love for InnerSloth's work. Along the way, they detail how they designed each of the rooms and its corresponding furniture, running through everything from the Cafeteria's distinctive tables to how they ensured the level's lighting wasn't too bright. Speaking on the project in a seperate YouTube video, iambackbit reveals that the map took 12 hours to design, with the Among Us fan running viewers through the process of recreating the level. Starting in the cafeteria, the video winds its way through the spaceship, peering in at notorious Among Us locations like Medbay, Shields, and Electrical. Seeing as most players are very familiar with The Skeld and its tasks at this point, iambackbit will likely impress fans of the game with their recreation of the map in the Unreal Engine. The roadmap does not specify a release date for the new map either, simply stating that we can expect it "later in the year." The roadmap was originally released on Thursday after a slight two-day delay due to the author's admitted forgetfulness.
